And you are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare. Not sure? The patient navigator checks with you on the phone; being turned down for Medicaid is fine, so is being between jobs.

A call within three business days
The patient navigator calls, confirms the three things, and books your first visit. Say if you would rather speak Spanish.
A first visit within three weeks
Usually an evening. Bring your medications and anything with your address. The visit takes about an hour the first time.
